Client: Springbone Kitchen, a New York Restaurant that provides nourishing food for our bodies with respect for the animals and farmers that supply us.

Brief: Design a printable trifold PDF menu.

Challenge: Convey the idea that all dishes are made up almost entirely of organic vegetables, fruits and 100% free-range/grass-fed meats whilst maintaining the Restaurant’s identity.

Solution: Leaf motifs reflect the artwork on the Restaurant walls. Central Springbone Kitchen logo is seen when client unfolds the menu. Menu items located on all sides, around the logo, making a visual connection between the brand and the healthy dishes.
